Jiangsu Yisu New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2020 by Gu Qingbo, founder of Jiangsu Jiuding New Material Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Yisu is headquartered in the central Innovation Zone, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The company is committed to the development of lightweight and green environmental protection new materials. It mainly produces continuous felt reinforced thermoplastic sheets, continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic unidirectional strips, and its composite laminates and various sandwich plates. The product applications involve the fields of automobile lightweight, sports and leisure, building materials and so on. Production Equipment

The company currently has two 650 strip lines, one of which is dedicated to the production of low gram weight (200-340g / m2) strip, with an annual capacity of 800-1000 tons to meet the market demand of low gram weight strip, and the other line is dedicated to general specifications (400-620 g / m2), including PE strip for flexible pipe winding, with an annual capacity of 1000-1200 tons. It has a 3000mm wide composite line, which is mainly used for the development and production of XY lamination, lining plate and honeycomb plate, and can realize the annual production capacity of 800000 square meters of XY lamination and 120000 square meters of honeycomb plate; One 1800mm wide composite line is mainly used for the lamination of spare tire cover plate and wood square strip and the development of honeycomb plate with width below 1600mm, with an annual production capacity of 900000 square meters. Supporting automatic slitting and rewinding machine, cross cutting machine, off-line cutting machine, CNC engraving machine and other auxiliary equipment to provide customers with various specifications of plates with accurate dimensions.

Technical Advantages

Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite products (CFRT) are a kind of thermoplastic composite products that have been developed, popularized and applied in recent years on the basis of the original short fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite products (sfrt) and long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite products (LFT and GMT). Compared with other thermoplastic composite products, it has three advantages: 

First, the fiber content is higher. The fiber content of sfrt, LFT and GMT is generally 15% ~ 50%, while that of CFRT is generally 40% ~ 70%, so the fiber reinforcement effect is better. 

Second, the fiber morphology is more complex. Sfrt, LFT and GMT reinforcing fibers are short cut, and the fiber length is less than 25mm. CFRT reinforced fiber is continuous, and can be processed into cloth, continuous felt and other textile products, so the overall performance of the products is better. 

Third, CFRT is more flexible in the adjustment of production process line. The molding process is no longer limited to molding, but also applicable to other molding processes such as pultrusion, winding and in mold injection molding. The product form is flexible and has strong designability.
